WP7607-1 no RESET_OUT_N pulse on reboot

We are developing a custom board using a WP7607-1. The board also has a USB3503 and LAN9500A chips. When doing a warm reset (doing a reboot in the shell), the RESET_OUT_N pin is not toggled after reset. This causes the USB chips not to initialize after a reboot. When I insert a WP7502 into the second instead, it works. I can confirm this by seeing a 100-200 ms pulse on the RESET_OUT_N pin. Is this something that isn’t implemented yet in the WP7607-1 firmware? I’m running the latest firmware version:
