I tested the connection during 10 days.
So the module was caused unexpected reset.
I confirmed the syslog, so it seems that is caused kernel panic.

are you using the R13.3 official FW without adding your own application?
From the log, this seems to be a Qualcomm modem issue:

No, we adding our application in R13.3.
Make-sense, I will ask it in SFDC, but do you know such reset issue in R13.3?
I suggest you trying without your app so that we can confirm this is purely qualcomm network protocol issue.
