Le command not working, leaf and WP77 SDK successfully installed

I am not able to use le commands to create a new app. What is the problem. I am facing below issue

abharati@fsdclient0598:~/myWorkspace$ le create-app helloWorld

Command ‘le’ not found, but can be installed with:

sudo apt install le

It is used to create apps, But if it is not the correct method to create apps for legato then please guide me how to proceed to make a simple hellow world app using legato framework.
