It is possible to reduce the boot time?

Optimizing boot time has always been an ongoing effort. Please expect to see some improvements over the next few releases.
Hello, to continue previous speaker:
we are using legato version - 16 07, Modem WP7402.
we measure time boot from TurnOn unit and till boot User Space. Estimate time 20 sec.
Questions:
Is it possible to reduce time boot?
If yes how we can do it? any recommendations?
