Building Linux source for swi-fx30-catm_4.0.0.beta

I am trying to build the swi-fx30-catm_4.0.0.beta and I am getting an error when pulling this yocto package:

WARNING: time-genoff-git-r0 do_fetch: Failed to fetch URL file://time-genoff-bin.tar.bz2, attempting MIRRORS if available

Is there a specific way we can solve this?

I am using this command to make the project:
make PROD=FX30
not sure if something has changed with the new release
