The reason that ”Fatal error on the modem" is output

The customer faced the problem that module was rebooted suddenly.

According to syslog, “Fatal error on the modem” was output when the problem occurred.
Please see the attached “WP7605_fatal error.xlsx” in syslog.

The customer wants to know the root cause that “Fatal error on the modem” is output.

Sorry, they can’t reproduce this issue.
So please tell us the Root cause only with the information of syslog.

The customer does not require a perfect root cause.
They would like you to guess the cause of the Fatal error using the syslog.

This problem occurred only once in R13.3 and has not occurred since then.
The customer need to explain the reason of fatal error to the end customer.
So they want you to tell the reason of fatal error refferring the syslog.

This seems to be modem failure.
You need to contact distributor for further analysis
