USB dongle not assigned dev/ttyXX

Hello,
I have an USB to uart dongle, when plugged to mangOH Red on which WP 7702 sits, it gives me this information:

Aug 9 14:39:58 swi-mdm9x28 user.info kernel: [ 5137.140235] usb 1-1.3: new full-speed USB device number 10 using msm_hsic_host
Aug 9 14:39:58 swi-mdm9x28 user.info kernel: [ 5137.252431] usb 1-1.3: New USB device found, idVendor=10c4, idProduct=ea60
Aug 9 14:39:58 swi-mdm9x28 user.info kernel: [ 5137.252449] usb 1-1.3: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3
Aug 9 14:39:58 swi-mdm9x28 user.info kernel: [ 5137.252460] usb 1-1.3: Product: CP2103 USB to UART Bridge Controller
Aug 9 14:39:58 swi-mdm9x28 user.info kernel: [ 5137.252471] usb 1-1.3: Manufacturer: Silicon Labs
Aug 9 14:39:58 swi-mdm9x28 user.info kernel: [ 5137.252481] usb 1-1.3: SerialNumber: 0001

But I can’t seem to notice any new /dev/ttyXX devices, I’m unaware what could be the problem and how to resolve it?

On my Ubuntu PC, this dongle is recognised and given ttyUSBX.

Driver must be loaded manually to show /dev/ttyUSB0 serial port.

Depend of the usb device used.

Where and What driver did you download to resolve this issue?

probably you need to install the linux driver:
