Update site is asking me for a username and password

Hi,

I am trying to download a software package for Legato from updatesite.sierrawireless.com/packages.

The download seems to start and download something then it
asks me for a username and password. I have a username and
password for this forum so I entered those but it refuses to accept
them. I don’t know of any other username associated with Legato.

Does anyone know which username etc it wants ?
I didn’t install Legato myself. Maybe a username and password was
requested during setup ?? Obviously, what I mean is, when is this username
and password set up ? Who sets them up ?

Is it asking for a username and a password from Developer Studio interface?
Please can you post a snapshot here?
Our software packages repositories don’t ask for authentication.
If this is related to your previous post (viewtopic.php?f=177&t=9517), maybe it is authentication for your proxy server?

It seemed to be coming from the Developer Studio interface, yes.

Unfortunately, I only had a PC made available to me for the Legato
familiarisation for a limited time. I have had to relinquish that PC
now so cannot make further progress. But thanks for your help anyway.
