WP76xx device cannot connect to AirVantage - cannot Sync

Hi there,

I have a WP7607-1 based device. It is listed in my AirVantage registry as “ready”
(So the “Activation” worked on the AirVantage side)

  • When I try to “Synchronize” the AirVantage site never seems to get reply.
  • The device does attempts t open a connection to AirVANTAGE

I do see the following error reports on the device:

I am uncertain as to why my Boot Server authorisation would fail, or how to ensure a dtls connection.
Any help in further debugging/setup gratefully received.

Can you indicate the response to AT+WDSG command please ?

Hi Ian,
What version of Legato are you using?
I suspect the issue is LE-12952, in which BS credentials can become corrupt.
