[WP7605][SW] Relation to MCU busy and No return after cm command

Back Ground: I faced the issue that module have never been returned after “Testing connection” message by sending “cm data connection”. Regarding to this behavior, SFDC answered this issue is caused by MCU busy during no return after executing “cm data connection”.
However, jyijyi and fpereiraEWC said this issue is related to test connection to www.akamari.com.
So I’m not sure the relation between MCU busy and root-cause of this behavior.

Question:
Could you tell me the detail whether this behavior is related to MCU busy or not.
