Unable to Get Data Session

We have been having issues with units not being able to get data connections after a recent firmware update. All of our testing before deployment didn’t indicate a problem.

Modem firmware 9999999_9904559_SWI9X15Y_07.13.07.00_00_GENERIC_001.040_000

cm info below

cm data connect returns LE_FAULT as seen above or causes a watchdog reset. The cm data connect cmd takes a long time to return.

Hi @dbeckwith,

The CM RADIO show that your module is not registered on the network, RAT not available. In this case, it’s normal that CM DATA CONNECT doesn’t work.
