UART1/ttyHSL0 disabled (Legato 16.07, WP85)

Hello Forum,

How to enable the ttyHSL0 uart?

[ 0.212055] msm_serial_hsl_probe: ttyHSL0 is disabled.
[ 0.212574] msm_serial_hsl_probe: ttyHSL1 could be used as generic serial port.
[ 0.212574] msm_serial_hsl_probe: detected port #1 (ttyHSL1)

cat /sys/devices/platform/msm_serial_hsl.1/config
APP
cat /sys/devices/platform/msm_serial_hsl.0/config
DISABLED

Yet the configuration looks correct:

AT!MAPUART?
!MAPUART: 17,17
