How can I change time zone in Legato. time_zone.conf does exist.

Hi @flu
I read about it however I dont know how to run it.
It says “Run basicBuildLegato_configShell_binlegs to add the host tools to the shell’s executable path.”
To be honest I dont know what to do with it
