Problems with using libxml2

hi i included the .so file in .sdef section, but getting same error
cannot open source file "libxml/xmlversion.h" (dependency of "libxml2/libxml/parser.h")"

my legato version is 19.11.2_2a345e941098cd5b8debdf5dc0f93aca , can any one assist how to resolve the issue

You can use this one, I don’t see problem to compile with R13.3 package
