Issue: GPS enable failed by using AT command line

Hi forum,
Today I was trying to get GPS location by using a command line

"AT!GPSLOC?"

, however, it return data inactive . Then I tried to enable the GPS by using

"AT!CUSTOM=”GPSENABLE”

it return “ERROR”

Can you give me any advise, why it return “ERROR” after I enter AT command “AT!CUSTOM=”GPSENABLE”

How can I enable the GPS by using a AT command.

AT!ENTERCND=“A710”
AT!CUSTOM=“OATENABLE”,1
