Here says you need to use unsandboxed app or using real ip address inside the .c file

Ok after instaling the httpGet example i get the exact same problem. When Sandboxed i get “Cannot resolve Hostname”, but unsandboxed it works fine. (I didn’t change anything in the sample app, except the sandbox state for testing)

Or you can try swi-wp76_5.2.0 with legato 20.08
