I downloaded Legato-Dist-Source-mdm9x28-SWI9X07Y_03.01.07.00.tar.bz2 and run under ubuntu 16. I created meta-custom layer and add it to build_bin/conf/bblayers.conf. Then I run make from yocto folder. It says success, so I $swiflash -m wp76 -i build_bin/tmp/deploy/images/swi-mdm9x28-wp/yocto_wp76xx.…

Thanks @jyijyi it helped me a lot, the problem was I forgot to add the package into “.inc” file!
