Problem to correctly flash an image on a FX30

Hello,

For few days I face problems to correctly flash an image on one FX30, users not created, files not set to right owners, etc…, despite trying several times erasing user partition with the legato recovery wizard.

I tried the same image on a new FX30 and everything is installed without any problem.

Is there more ‘hard’ way to reset a FX30?

You meant swiflash tool when you told “legato recovery wizard” ? or a different tool?
