Is it allowed to add the legato repo as submodule in our project?

Hi,

We are setting up the build environment in Jenkins and we build the our apps (sdef file) with legato platform in the Linux environment.
I would like to check if we are allowed to add the legato repository (GitHub - legatoproject/legato-af: Legato Application Framework) as a submodule in our project and use it inthe continuous integration ?

If not, can you suggest an alternative way ?
