AddConnectionStateHandler

Hello,
it seems that events from this subscription were received just if the calling component starts the data connection, if some other component/app request (successfully) the data connection, no events are fired. How can have a global version for this? If the connection goes UP for any reason on the system… then be alerted?

you can have an application dedicated for starting the data connection
And other app can call this application by IPC
