This is a recurring but intermittent bug we’re having only on Windows, indeed.
Here are the steps to workaround:
- Go to Window > Preferences > Install/Update > Available software sites
- Remove the entry pointing on http://updatesite.sierrawireless.com/developerStudio4
- Uncheck any other potential entry
- Click OK
- Go to Help > Check for Updates
- It should complain it doesn’t have any software site to check; let it bring you to the Available Software Sites again
- Add again the entry with http://updatesite.sierrawireless.com/developerStudio4
- Click the Reload button to check the site loading is ok
- Click OK
- Go again to Help > Check for Updates
And you will be done: updates will work from now.
