Windows Developer Studio update for 16.10.1

This is a recurring but intermittent bug we’re having only on Windows, indeed.
Here are the steps to workaround:

  • Go to Window > Preferences > Install/Update > Available software sites
  • Remove the entry pointing on http://updatesite.sierrawireless.com/developerStudio4
  • Uncheck any other potential entry
  • Click OK
  • Go to Help > Check for Updates
  • It should complain it doesn’t have any software site to check; let it bring you to the Available Software Sites again
  • Add again the entry with http://updatesite.sierrawireless.com/developerStudio4
  • Click the Reload button to check the site loading is ok
  • Click OK
  • Go again to Help > Check for Updates

And you will be done: updates will work from now.
