Hi there,

I have a WP7607-1 based device. It is listed in my AirVantage registry as “ready”
(So the “Activation” worked on the AirVantage side)

- When I try to “Synchronize” the AirVantage site never seems to get reply.
- The device does attempts t open a connection to AirVANTAGE

I do see the following error reports on the device:

```
I am uncertain as to why my Boot Server authorisation would fail, or how to ensure a dtls connection.
Any help in further debugging/setup gratefully received.
Regards,
Ian
Hi
Please try AT+WDSI=4479
According to
> Nov 20 12:47:29 | -WRN- | avcDaemon[969]/avcDaemon T=main | avcClient.c EventHandler() 628 | Authentication to BS failed
> Nov 20 12:47:29 | =ERR= | avcDaemon[969]/avcDaemon T=main | avcClient.c EventHandler() 544 | Session failure
> Nov 20 12:47:29 | =ERR= | avcDaemon[969]/avcDaemon T=main | avcClient.c EventHandler() 552 | Session failure on bootstrap server
You have an issue with your device
Can you indicate the response to AT+WDSG command please ?
Hi Ian,
What version of Legato are you using?
I suspect the issue is LE-12952, in which BS credentials can become corrupt.
