# What does this mean: reached fault limit while system in probation. Device will be rebooted?

Hi folks,  
I encounter this error, what does this mean?

```auto
swi-mdm9x28-wp user.emerg Legato: *EMR* | supervisor[5265]/supervisor T=main | proc.c proc_SigChildHandler() 2121 | **Process 'myProcess' reached fault limit while system in probation. Device will be rebooted**.

```

probably your app has some problem and makes the reset

You can also set faultAction to stop the application if there is any crash
