I’d love to share if I owned the fix … the fix is in the radio firmware , not in Linux or Legato. In another word, it’s not accessible by Legato application developers like you and me. I got this firmware from SW FAE and it works for me. Hopefully it can also fix the network issue you have met.
@jyijyi restarting the telecom stack sometimes work , sometimes not. We got directive from m2m to set manual network selection with at+cops and see if it works.

Actually we are in contact with sierra to solve this problem as its not a legato problem
