# FX30S Connection timeout issue

hi @jyijyi

When we connect the deviec threw ssh [root@192.168.2.2](mailto:root@192.168.2.2) it is showing a connection timeout is coming and IP addresses showing and when we checked in the AT command port the deviec will register to the network .  
and we tried to ping the deveice it is not pinging  
can you please help on this

are you using linux?  
What do you see in dmesg when connect to linux PC?  
did you check ifconfig to see whether the USB-ECM interface has been enumerated?

I am using Windows 11

In the Ifconfig i have seen the Ipadress of the device
