The documentation for le\_gnss\_Stop and le\_gnss\_Disable is not very clear:

**le\_gnss\_Stop**
_This function stops the GNSS device._

**le\_gnss\_Disable**
_This function disables the GNSS device._

What exactly does each of these do to the GNSS receiver? Are there power consumption differences between them?

hi @mmcmillan,

le\_gnss\_Enable/le\_gnss\_Disable are API to set/unset the GNSS feature . by default it is set, but if in an use case, the GNSS is not at all required , the feature can be disabled thanks to that API.

le\_gnss\_Stop is used to stop a GNSS session , usually started with le\_gnss\_Start.
so it will end an acquisition session or a tracking area session.

Best Regards,
