Legato toolchain: broken link: not possible to download

Hello,

I am trying to download the Legato toolchain to re-build Legato on my x64 Linux development machine.

At the following link
https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/legato/downloads/

it is written:
Release 17.05 Note: The Linux OS Source and Toolchains remain unchanged, download the previous version (SWI9X15Y_07.12.09.00, 32-bit Toolchain or 64-bit Toolchain) to get started with the 17.05 Release for the Legato Platform.

Unfortunately, most of the “download” links, including those for 16.10.3, are broken.

How do I download the toolchain?
